Maverik History starts in a small college town in Idaho.  In 1994 a group of people from across the country met in Rexburg Idaho.  They were all attending Ricks College and living in the dorms on campus.  After meeting each other and only knowing each other for a few days, the group headed to Jackson Hole Wyoming to spend Labor Day.  It was on that trip that the group was cemented.  They then became known as the Rigby First North Maveriks.

Maverik History can be separated into three periods.  From 1994-1995 was freshman year.    Upon returning from missions, there was a regrouping at Ricks College from 1997-1999.  After 1999, most Maveriks attended various colleges across the country.
